Carl Grimes is the owner-broker of CBI-Sunbelt. He received the designation of CBI (Certified Business Intermediary)from the International Business Brokers Association. He is also president of the Professional Association of Arkansas Business Brokers, the statewide organization for business brokers in the state of Arkansas. He is a licensed real estate broker for the states of Arkansas and Missouri. Mr. Grimes has participated in the sale of over 400 businesses in his career as a professional business broker. He has handled transactions over $6 million and as small as under $10,000.00. Mr. Grimes was a successful businessman prior to beginning his career in business brokerage. He published an award winning newspaper, built and operated a state of the art cable television system, owned a real estate firm, a retail catalog sales business and an abstract and title company. He successfully sold all his businesses to enter the field of business brokerage. Mr. Grimes' areas of specialty include newspapers, magazines and other print businesses, the motorsports industry, abstract and title companies and the cable television industry. Mr. Grimes married his high school and college sweetheart, Kathy, in 1971. They are both originally from Clarendon, Arkansas and have two adult sons, Casey and Connor. Connor works in the family business of CBI-Sunbelt. Mr. Grimes has been in business in Northwest Arkansas since 1984. He is a graduate of the inaugural class of Leadership Fayetteville, a program conducted by the Fayetteville Chamber of Commerce. He has also served as a city councilman, school board member and president of a Chamber of Commerce. He has served as an elder, a deacon and Sunday School teacher. Eric P. Faust is a Managing Partner for the Springfield, Missouri office of CBI Sunbelt along with his sister, Holly. Eric was born and raised in Western Massachusetts and is a graduate of prestigious Deerfield Academy preparatory school in Old Deerfield, Massachusetts. Eric then attended Tulane University of Louisiana, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelors Degree.
Eric started his career in Insurance Management with ITT Hartford. After 5 years in Minneapolis with the Hartford, Eric moved to Springfield, Missouri in 1998 to pursue a career in insurance adjusting. He is the founder of one of the fastest growing independent insurance adjusting service companies in the country. Eric holds several insurance licenses and designations as an expert in roofing and natural disaster claims.
Eric brings over 18 years of experience as a business manager and business owner to CBI-Sunbelt. He knows Springfield and its business people very well. In his spare time, Eric likes to spend time with his children and family, has a passion for refurbishing houses, and once in a while finds some time to travel back to the east coast. |

Holly L. Faust is a Managing Partner and Business Broker for the Springfield, Missouri office of CBI-Sunbelt. Holly was born and raised in Western Massachusetts and graduated from Boston University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations, Business and Economics. Holly worked in the insurance, commercial real estate and industrial controls industries for approximately 15 years.
Holly completed her MBA with distinction from the Keller Graduate School of Management and began a career in post-secondary education, teaching business classes for various Florida and online universities and became the Associate Academic Dean for a Florida University. Holly pursued her lifelong dream of attending law school and attended the Barry University Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law, where she graduated third in her class. During her time at Barry, she was a Senior Associate Editor for the Barry Law Review, a member of the Delta Theta Phi law fraternity, and received highest honors in her Tort and Florida Civil Procedure classes.
Holly has frequently spent time in Springfield over the past 13 years starting when her brother, and Co-Managing Partner, Eric, moved here in 1998. Although she maintains ties with Florida, she made Springfield her permanent home almost two years ago. Holly is an active member in good standing with the Missouri Bar, Florida Bar, and American Bar Association. Holly brings over 22 years of varied business, legal, and practical experience to CBI Sunbelt.
In her spare time, she enjoys sharing her love of our legal system by teaching legal themed and business classes online to Paralegal, Criminal Justice, Business and MBA students. She also mentors bar exam takers for her alma mater. With a love for traveling both domestically and internationally, Holly is proficient in Spanish and French. She likes going to the theatre, reading, and spending time with her friends and family.

Allen Lindley is an Associate Broker for the CBI-Sunbelt office in Springfield, Missouri. Allen grew up on a cotton/soybean farm in a rural south Arkansas community. He graduated from Clarendon High School in Southeast Arkansas. Allen worked for a local retail lumber and hardware business which he later purchased and owned for 10 years. Allen considers this business to be the beginning point and preparation for later career moves. Allen worked for Three States Supply as a territory sales manager and was promoted to Branch Manager and he moved to Springfield, Missouri. As branch manager, Allen led the Springfield branch to be awarded "Branch of the Year" for 1998, 1999 and 2000. The Springfield branch was the first branch for Three States to achieve one million dollars in sales in a single month under Allen's leadership. Allen’s primary sales experience has been in the building materials sales and uniquely qualifies him to serve his current clients. Allen has been married to his wife, Michele Rogers, for 44 years. Allen and Michele have two children, a son and daughter. Rob, their son, is a high school principal in Jonesboro, Arkansas and Lesli, their daughter, is an occupational therapist in Conway, Arkansas. Also, Allen and Michele have three grandchildren which are the joy and pride of their lives. Allen is an active member of Second Baptist Church in Springfield, Missouri. |

Steve grew up in Springfield and and is a Parkview High School graduate. Steve was employed in the area in various sales positions until he was transferred to Arkansas by Tyson Foods, Inc. Steve directed the fresh Foodservice sales for Tyson (which included several large customers like KFC, Popeye's, Church's Chicken and Hardee's). Steve was managing annual sales in excess of $100 million. His most recent postion with Tyson was Director/Global Accounts where he managed all Tyson International business with a variety of global chain accounts (such as Pizza Hut, Taco Bell, KFC, Burger King, Chili's and Subway to name just a few). Steve traveled to 43 countries during his time managing this business. Steve left Tyson Foods after 24+ years to become involved with CBI-Sunbelt. Steve has been married to Donna for 35 years and they have two grown daughters. Stephanie was married in 2008 and lives and works in Fayetteville, AR while Laura is finishing college and working in Springdale, AR. Steve is active in his church serving as a teacher, deacon, and men's ministry leader. |
