Franco Ferrari is president of CII M&A, a division of CII Sunbelt located in Orlando Florida. He is a (CBI) Certified Business Intermediary, a (CBC) Certified Business Counselor, a (CFBI) Certified Florida Business Intermediary, an (ABI) Accredited Business Intermediary, a (COI) Certified Orientation Instructor, and a (HLM) Honorary Lifetime Member. Since 1985 as a business advisor in Florida, his 25 years of experience has elevated him and the company into a prominent role in the 11 - county Central Florida arena. He has served as an Officer and on the State Board of Directors of the Florida Business Brokers Association (FBBA), as President of the Central Florida Chapter, and as a teacher of business brokerage to new associates. He is on the board of directors of BankFirst as well as the advisory board of "The Disney Entrepreneur Center" and the chairman of the program committee.

Mr. Ferrari conducts seminars on both "How to Buy the Right Business Right!" and how to prepare your business for "The Right Exit Strategy" He also volunteers for SCORE (Counselors to America's Small Business) and encourages all business owners to visit SCORE at the Disney Entrepreneur Center (DEC).
