Franco Ferrari is president of CII M&A, a division of CII Sunbelt located in Orlando Florida. He is a (CBI) Certified Business Intermediary, a (CBC) Certified Business Counselor, a (CFBI) Certified Florida Business Intermediary, an (ABI) Accredited Business Intermediary, a (COI) Certified Orientation Instructor, and a (HLM) Honorary Lifetime Member. Since 1985 as a business advisor in Florida, his 25 years of experience has elevated him and the company into a prominent role in the 11 - county Central Florida arena. He has served as an Officer and on the State Board of Directors of the Florida Business Brokers Association (FBBA), as President of the Central Florida Chapter, and as a teacher of business brokerage to new associates. He is on the board of directors of BankFirst as well as the advisory board of "The Disney Entrepreneur Center" and the chairman of the program committee.

Mr. Ferrari conducts seminars on both "How to Buy the Right Business Right!" and how to prepare your business for "The Right Exit Strategy" He also volunteers for SCORE (Counselors to America's Small Business) and encourages all business owners to visit SCORE at the Disney Entrepreneur Center (DEC). Michael was originally a native of Pittsburgh PA. He began his professional career after graduation from the University of Pittsburgh. Four years later he received a promotion and reassignment to the Overland Park (Kansas City) area where he completed his education earning an MBA in Finance and Marketing. Michael and his family eventually relocated to Florida in 1981 to accept a management position with a large, multi-national manufacturing firm, where he spent the next 17 years.

A change in careers and the strong desire to be in his own business led Michael to Corporate Investment International, Inc. to explore business opportunities. Michael met with one of the principals of CII and after an in-depth profile discussion and extensive search purchased a market research firm, where he was able to utilize his marketing skills and customer service experience. Within a few years, after successfully growing the business, he merged his company with two smaller market research firms and became CEO of the new firm, now an international market research organization serving clients and locations in all 50 states, Canada, Mexico and several countries abroad. When it came time to exit his business, Michael returned to CII to become a Business Intermediary in order to share his unique experiences and assist others in the purchase or sale of their businesses.

Michael has over 30 years of Sales, Sales Management, and Operations experience in high technology industries. He has traveled extensively, marketing company products and technologies throughout the US, Europe, Asia, Southeast Asia and the Far East. Michael brings to CII a wealth of expertise in business management and business ownership. After joining CII, Michael became a member of the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) and in 2005 earned their Certified Business Intermediary (CBI), a designation awarded and limited to individuals who have successfully completed professional training as a business intermediary and adhere to the ethical standards of the IBBA.
