We're primarily retained by clients to confidentially identify strategic/synergistic/trade buyers for their business. Once we have researched both national and international markets for potential buyers we make direct contact at CEO/CFO level via a one page Teaser which doesn't identify the name or location of our clients business but does provide enough high level information for the potential buyer to determine whether or not they have an interest in exploring an acquisition of our clients business. If they do have an interest we sign a confidentiality agreement and engage with them via an Information Memorandum and/or detailed sale presentation.
